Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Wait tables and serve food to bar guest. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive experience and promote sales Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS with accuracy and efficiency Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service laws and policies Restock bar supplies promptly while tracking inventory levels for ordering needs Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery Demonstrate excellent time management skills by balancing multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management (retail math) Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Previous experience in catering, banquet service, or retail math is a plus Must be at least 18 years old and hold any necessary local alcohol service certifications Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
