Bartender

Tailgaters is looking for energetic, outgoing Bartenders to join our crew! If you naturally love to smile, strike up conversations with just about anyone, and thrive in a lively environment, you'll fit right in here. We are specifically looking for some responsible and highly organized individuals who can keep the drinks flowing and the bar area tidy during our busy late-night and/or weekend shifts.

Daytime openings are also available. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and provide excellent, personable customer service. Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume hours. Mix, garnish, and serve beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout the shift. Process payments, manage tabs, and handle the cash register responsibly. Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Skills & Qualifications A "People Person": You love to smile, chat, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest that walks in.

Evening and Weekend Availability:

Must be willing and able to work evenings during the week and late-night shifts on Fridays and Saturdays.

Licensing:

Must be able to obtain a bartending license in Stoughton, WI. (

You can keep your workspace clean and your orders straight, even when the bar gets busy.

Responsible & Reliable:

You show up on time, handle transactions honestly, and take pride in your work. Prior bartending experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
