The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, Nerd Culture, Boardgames, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. we are looking for someone with open availability who could work both opening and closing shifts. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, delivering food, delivering drink, serving patrons, bussing tables, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and gaming area, including mopping, bussing tables, washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers to provide recommendations, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with their drinks. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including catering events and banquets. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve multiple customers during peak hours. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Experience in catering or banquet services is beneficial for event-based operations.
