We are looking for a Full Time Bartender to join our team at Christmas Mountain Village.

As a Bartender at Christmas Mountain Village, you will be responsible for delivering the position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: What will I be doing? Serves food and beverages to members, owners, and guests, anticipating their needs and responding promptly to any and all requests in a friendly and professional manner. Immediately greets and acknowledges all arriving members, owners, and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner in accordance with departmental procedures Operates cash register and/or Point of Sale (POS) system. Adheres to all cash handling guidelines as set forth by the Company. Responsible for all alcohol and supplies in bar and cash bank accountability. Maintains positive guest relations through good communication skills, proper demeanor, correct body language and eye contact, to ensure customer happiness and enhance the overall culinary experience. Extends a courteous and friendly departure to all members, owners, and guests; thanking them for dining with us and inviting them back again, with a genuine and professional demeanor. Clears and resets tables, as needed. Completes all closing side work, inspecting for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all work areas and of the outlet itself. Takes ownership of any guest problems and resolve them according to departmental guidelines. Maintains complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers, room capacity, hours of operation and proper table set-up. Other duties as assigned by management What are we looking for? To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the culinary field required. License & certifications 2+ Years of related experience Food Safety Certification - must be state/county-specific. Alcohol Awareness Training Certification - must be state/county-specific. It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: Excellent customer service skills. Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to change. Recognizes an emergency situation and takes appropriate action. Able to establish and maintain a collaborative working relation. Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision. Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature, with impending deadlines and/or established timeframes. Performs well with frequent interruptions and/or distractions. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol. Must be of legal age to sell alcohol. Basic math skills.
