Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and balancing registers at shift end Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety within the venue Restock bar supplies regularly, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to keep service seamless during busy hours Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and responsible serving protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Experience with retail math for cash handling and sales reconciliation Knowledge of brewing techniques or catering experience is a plus for versatile service capabilities This role is perfect for individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive on creating lively atmospheres while maintaining professionalism.
