Job Description
10.00 per hour+tips Bar Profit Share The ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about their craft. We are looking for an individual that is interested in helping build out our bar business, create craft cocktails and mocktails, and curate seasonal menus with unique and attractive offerings. Prepare drinks for dine-in and bar guests quickly and accurately Take and enter orders from bar guests fast and efficiently Provide excellent and friendly customer service to guests sitting at the bar Develop seasonal menus for cocktails, mocktails, and beer Possess extensive liquor, wine, and beer knowledge Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast paced environment Maintain cleanliness of bar area and follow all health department guidelines Inventory management along with liquor, beer, and wine ordering At least 1 year of bartending experience is required
