Part-Time Bartender Wanted - LGBTQ+ Owned & Operated Boutique Hotel & Restaurant The Guesthouse Lost River, a gay-owned and operated boutique hotel and restaurant, is looking for a part-time bartender to join our team. Located just two hours from the D.C. metro area, we're a destination for the LGBTQ+ community, weekenders, and travelers looking to unwind in a welcoming, inclusive environment. Our award-winning Guesthouse Kitchen & Bar operates weekends year-round, offering a full-service fine dining experience with creative Appalachian and comfort food influences. Our bar is known for its signature cocktails and lively atmosphere, often hosting live music, drag performances, and special events.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, including house specialties Maintain a clean and organized bar area Ensure responsible alcohol service Manage inventory, supplies, and bar prep Engage with guests and provide excellent hospitality Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed

What We're Looking For:

Experience in bartending and mixology preferred but

NOT REQUIRED - WE WILL TRAIN

Must be 21+ and able to obtain food handler's card (we pay for this!) Personal transportation is required due to our location Someone who thrives in an inclusive, queer-friendly environment This is a part-time, hourly + tipped position with wages negotiable based on experience and responsibilities.
