Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server/Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft cocktails, and ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to manage multiple tables, handle transactions accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service will be key to creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back. This paid position offers the opportunity to showcase your food industry expertise while enjoying a fast-paced, engaging work environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing service, ensuring timely delivery of orders, and maintaining a clean work station. Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately through POS systems, and provide correct change while maintaining cash handling integrity. Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, including specials and beverage options, to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions confidently. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures during serving and cleaning processes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between food preparation and service in both fine dining settings and lively nightclub or banquet environments. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues professionally, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, providing excellent service in diverse settings including retail or hospitality venues. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; experience in fine dining or banquet settings is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing. Strong time management skills are essential for balancing multiple tables during busy shifts. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or restaurants. Knowledge of food safety practices, alcohol serving regulations, and basic math for handling transactions accurately. Experience in retail math or hospitality roles demonstrates your aptitude for cash handling and sales. Prior bartending experience involving brewing knowledge or cocktail crafting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
