Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Cook and present food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately.. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and kitchen areas in compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating supplies, and placing orders when necessary. Support catering events, or nightclub functions as needed, ensuring seamless service from setup to cleanup. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments with a focus on fine dining or nightclub settings.. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts while maintaining quality service. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.. Basic brewing knowledge or experience working in a brewery environment is advantageous.
