Banquet Server/Bartender

Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately at checkout Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met according to health regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and team to deliver smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries promptly, resolve concerns professionally, and foster positive guest relations Support nightly closing procedures including cleaning, restocking supplies, and sanitizing work areas Skills Experience in food service or restaurant environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payments Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and quick calculations Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests seamlessly Familiarity with serving in a nightclub or high-energy hospitality setting is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
