Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and responsible food handling practices. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, identify signs of intoxication, and implement appropriate measures to promote safety. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure smooth service flow. Manage time effectively during busy hours, balancing multiple orders while maintaining a lively, energetic atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible serving practices. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and calculating bills or tips. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles that involve serving alcohol or managing bar operations is advantageous.
