Server/Bartender

Must be of legal drinking age. Currently hiring for Monday and Tuesday Day shifts and to fill in as needed. Our Server/Bartender will be enthusiastic about tacos and beer and strive to make each guest experience positive through conversation, recommendations, and up-sells. Compensation includes hourly rate plus tips. Responsibilities Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Maintain a sense of awareness of a constantly evolving guest needs Present menus and discuss beer selection Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Maintain a positive, clean, and safe working environment Comply with all food and beverage regulations Ensure that guests are not adversely affecting other guests' experiences Skills Resume and proven working experience as a server, barista, or bartender Knowledge of a craft beer selection and ability to discuss and recommend Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to organized, stock, and clean
