Your expertise in hotel management and guest relations will be vital in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Handle multi-line phone systems with efficiency, ensuring clear communication and smooth reservation processes Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of records Assist with guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Support hotel management in coordinating guest services, special requests, and event logistics Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and hospitality standards at all times Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on guest services Multilingual abilities; fluency in two or more languages is highly preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Bilingual skills that enhance communication with international visitors and team members Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software to streamline operations Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills Experience with night audit procedures and financial reconciliation in a hotel setting Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently Deep understanding of resort or hotel environments, including guest relations and hospitality best practices Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
