BELL ATTENDANT
Hyatt Regency Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center US - CA - Ontario
Posted:
May 7, 2026 Summary The Ontario Airport Hotel and Conference Center is seeking a highly motivated and professional Bell Attendant. Under new ownership, we are embarking on a dynamic renovation and rebranding journey to the Hyatt Regency, and we are looking for a personable, service-oriented team member to support our guest services operations during this exciting period of growth. If you bring a strong hospitality background, amitment to exceptional guest service, and proven experience assisting guests in a fast-paced hotel environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Wee guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression of the hotel. Assist guests with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, delivery, and escorting guests to their guestrooms. Provide knowledgeable explanations of guestroom features, hotel amenities, services, and property offerings. Maintainanized and secure luggage storage areas while ensuring accurate handling and tracking of guest belongings. Prepare and manage luggage claim tickets and verify baggage tags to ensure proper delivery and accountability. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, concerns, and service needs, escalating issues when appropriate to ensure guest satisfaction. Offer accurate information regarding hotel services, transportation options, local attractions, dining, and entertainment. Maintain awareness of local events, activities, and points of interest to enhance the guest experience. Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments to deliver seamless and personalized service. Support overall hotel operations by performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous hotel, hospitality, guest service, or customer service experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred, if valet or vehicle assistance duties are required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Availability:
The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Schedules must amodate fluctuating business demands Why Join Us?
