RESPONSIBILITIES

Express a warm and genuine welcome to our member/guests as the first contact at CordeValle Keep extensive documentation of incidents Meet and exceed guest and staff expectations by providing CordeValle quality service. Provide value added service to guests by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed guest expectations Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and supervisors in a respectful and professional manner. Demonstrate teamwork by cooperating and assisting staff as needed Handle difficult situations with diplomacy and effectively. In all interactions be Engaging, Intuitive, & Refined. Pass off important information at the end of your shift. Uphold company standards of conduct, grooming, dress, and personal hygiene. Ensure compliance with all safety and health requirements of CordeValle, state and federal regulations. Ensure proper care and use of all CordeValle equipment. Carry out all reasonable requests by management within your knowledge and ability. Keep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance as soon. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working atmosphere. At all times, project a favorable image of CordeValle Culture to the public. Experience:

Customer service background a plus.

Education:

High school diploma.

General Skills:

Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; prioritize, organize, and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest's service needs; work cohesively with associates; work with minimal supervision; maintain the confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate a golf cart and motor vehicle safely. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Language:

Required to speak, read, and write English, with fluency in other languages a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting up to 200 pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, and remain stationary at times throughout work periods. Stand for up to 8 hours to welcome guests and employees to the property.

Licenses & Certifications:

Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
