Job Description As a Ground Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground services. This role involves a variety of tasks including check-in, baggage handling, and ramp operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage claims, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a smooth operation and provide a positive experience for our guests. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
