Full Job Description Purpose:

To create 100% guest satisfaction by providing bell stand, shuttle, and messenger services Transport guests to and from Airport as needed. Maintains cleanliness of shuttle van daily Offers information pertaining to Hotel, Points of Interest, and attractions in city and provides guests with directions, recommendations, and other Concierge related items. Handles guest inquiries professionally and with the utmost courtesy and accuracy. Assists guests with luggage, luggage storage & ensures proper flow of luggage from curb to front desk and guest room. Delivers packages, linen, and other items to guest rooms. Maintains the cleanliness of Hotel Front Entrance and Lobby to include parking lot, immediately picking up any trash or debris in the hallways. Ensuring all Radisson Brand Standards Keep consistent records, checklists & mileage to include guest interactions and activities taking place during shift. Ensures safety of guest belongings and following security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to security, manager, or MOD. Assists in ensuring safety of parking lot and exterior doors. Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management Aids other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and the hotel. Closing and cleaning the pool area when its time to close the pool. Checking all exterior/interior doors making sure they are locked.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Have Valid Driver License & satisfactory DMV driver record. You have to be over 21 years old Ensure personal appearance is well-groomed and Uniforms are clean and wrinkle-free. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds. Stand and/or walk for 8 hour shifts. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
