Summary The Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center is seeking a Bell Attendant for Afternoon & Evening Shifts. Bell Attendants assist our guests with luggage, packages, deliveries, directions and rmendations and provide exceptional service the guests of Hyatt. This position allows for casual conversation with hotel guests.

Qualifications Qualifications for this position: A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience with high-volume customer interaction required, preferably in the service industry. Must demonstrate exceptionalmunication skills Knowledge of Denver area and attractions preferred. Must be able to stand on feet for long periods of time, and be able to lift, push and carry moderate to heavy amounts of weight on a consistent basis. Candidate should have open afternoon & evening availability; including weekends and holidays. Typical shift times are 12noon
  • 8:30pm and/or 2pm
  • 10:30pm. Hourly rate is $22.40, plus tips. Benefits include

  • Earn (1) hour of sick pay for every (30) hours worked with a maximum of (48) hours per year.
Jury Duty Bereavement Pay Employee/Friends & Family Rate Room Nights Complimentary Room Nights up to (6) per calendar year after 90 days Complimentary meal in High Plains during shift. Complimentary parking in hotel garage.
