We are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company We are currently hiring a Part Time Lobby Attendant to work 8-5 PM Saturday and Sunday Rhonda's Place in Denver, Colorado.
DESCRIPTION
To attend the door of the apartment building and assist those entering.
DUTIES:
Answer the phone Buzzing in guest and making sure they sign the guest sign in book. Must maintain the guest log book. Open the door for people going in or out Keep common areas clean (vacuum, pick up, etc) Make coffee & popcorn when/if needed, if applicable Dispose of trash from common areas Assist residents when needed To report to Property Manager areas unprofessional in appearance beyond their control
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred Minimum of 18 years old Basic writing and reading skills required Must work well with the public and with others as a team Must be able to take direction from supervisor but have the initiative to work independently A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical
Rate:
