Job Description

As the first friendly face our guests meet, you'll be the ultimate VIP escort—welcoming travelers to paradise, handling their luggage with care, and connecting them to everything exciting that Boca Raton has to offer. Shopping, nightlife, beaches, and dining? You'll be the go-to guru! What You'll be doing Welcome guests like VIPs — greet them with a smile, open doors, offer assistance Safely handle luggage and packages to and from rooms, vehicles, and designated areas (baggage carts included!) Provide luggage storage service and keep track of claim checks like the pro you are Be the ultimate resource — answer guest questions about hotel services, amenities, and all things Boca Raton (dining, shopping, nightlife, beaches!) Deliver messages, packages, and amenities promptly and accurately Maintain a polished lobby and baggage area — clean carts, tidy windows and doors, and ensure everything is guest-ready Keep daily event boards updated so guests stay in the know Partner with local transportation providers (taxis, rental cars, limo services, tours) to elevate guest service Report emergencies, safety hazards, missing items, or guest concerns to leadership ASAP Attend team meetings, stay in uniform, and show up with positivity and professionalism Follow safety, security, and cleanliness standards — write shift reports when needed Report tips according to company and IRS guidelines Jump into special projects or assist other departments when needed — teamwork makes the magic happen! Always protect guest privacy and follow brand standards and hotel policies What You Bring You love helping people and making their day You're a warm conversationalist with knowledge (or eagerness to learn!) about local attractions You thrive in fast-paced, always-something-new environments A team player with a positive attitude and polished appearance Ability to work a variety of shifts—our doors never close!
Working Conditions & Physical Effort:
Physical work is a primary part of many of our hotel and resort jobs. Physical requirements include extended standing and walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting to 50 lbs. Some work is performed in an interior hotel environment with equipment and machines. The work involves exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dirt, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. The exposure to hazards or physical risks requires following basic safety precautions and use of applicable protective equipment.
