Job Description

Job description The Lobby Ambassador provides an instrumental role in delivering the best experience to each Resident and Guest. This position carries out the daily operational duties in an effective, considerate manner in order to maintain the warm and prestige environment that is standard for our building. You are expected to provide the absolute best and most pleasant service to our residents. We expect great hospitality towards our residents and guests. We are looking for an individual who is reliable and have a flexible schedule. Hospitality experience is required. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of residents and guests by tending to the main door of the building. Opening the door for all incoming residents and visitors. Verifying and recording visitor information. Answers inquires pertaining to residential services, registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions. Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages. Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries. Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site. Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors. Covering the Front Desk when needed. Observe monitors for suspicious activities. Report suspicious or criminal activities to management or lead supervisor. Drive residents in our luxury House Car when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Must enjoy interacting with people Must have exceptional hospitality skills Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must have at least 2 years of residential doorman/concierge experience High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required Bilingual English, Spanish and other languages a Plus Previous hospitality experience preferred Must be able to pass a background and drug test Clean driving record and active driver license
