We are seeking a service-driven part-time Beach Attendant to join our team and help create unforgettable moments for our guests. As a Beach Attendant, you will be responsible for curating a seamless and luxurious beach experience. This role requires attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation. This is a part-time, weekend position with a regular schedule of 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM .

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and break down beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and guest amenities with precision and care Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, personalized service Educate guests on beach amenities, services, and hotel offerings Maintain a polished, welcoming, and orderly beach environment at all times Engage with guests regularly to enhance their experience and offer additional services Support complimentary offerings such as refreshments and beachside comforts in alignment with hotel standards Ensure all equipment is clean, organized, and presented to luxury standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of all beach areas and service stations Monitor inventory of beach supplies and report any shortages or damages Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly communicate any guest concerns or incidents Assist with transportation coordination, including van or golf cart drop-offs as needed Collaborate closely with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:
