Overview The Outside Services / Bag Drop Attendant provides excellent customer service to members and guests by assisting with golf bags, staging carts, and maintaining the bag drop and cart areas. This role helps create a welcoming first impression for all golfers. Experience Required Strong customer service skills and a friendly attitude. Ability to work outdoors and lift golf bags. Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Responsibilities Greet members and guests upon arrival. Assist with unloading and loading golf bags at the bag drop. Tag and organize golf bags and place them on the correct golf carts. Stage, clean, and prepare golf carts for play. Maintain a clean and organized bag drop and cart staging area. Retrieve carts from the course and return them to the staging area. Communicate with the golf shop to ensure carts and bags are ready for tee times.
