Community Services Team Member - Full-time or Part‑Time Ocean Gallery, St. Augustine, FL About Us Ocean Gallery is a vibrant, gated community known for its beauty and welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join our Community Services Department and help provide exceptional service to our residents and guests. What We're Looking For Candidates must: Be in good health and able to walk, stand, and climb stairs comfortably Have experience operating golf carts Work well with others and follow supervisor direction Be reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service Enjoy interacting with people and creating a positive first impression About the Role Our Community Services Department operates 24/7, 365 days a year. As a front‑line representative of Ocean Gallery, you will help ensure safety, hospitality, and smooth daily operations throughout the property. Responsibilities Greeting and assisting residents and guests at the Main Gate Verifying access authorization Monitoring CCTV systems Opening pools in the morning and securing them at dusk Maintaining a courteous, calm, and helpful presence at all times
