Summary:
Provides outstanding service to hotel guests by assisting with luggage, offering property and local information, and supporting a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and escort guests to rooms; assist with luggage and explain room features (e.g., TV, locks, phone use). Provide information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and transportation options. Deliver packages, guest messages, and run errands as requested. Assist with group tour luggage coordination and setup of sample rooms. Call taxis and handle guest transportation requests efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of lobby and hotel vehicles; perform light cleaning duties as needed. Keep accurate records of service calls and deliveries. Empowered to resolve guest concerns promptly and positively. Act as a local expert to enhance the guest experience. Must be able to lift 25 pounds
