Overview Cart Attendant The Ford Field & River Club Position Summary The Cart Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily outside golf operation while delivering a high level of service to members and guests of The Ford Field & River Club. This position plays an important role in the overall golf experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and a hospitality-driven attitude. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, team-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining the presentation and organization of a premier private club golf operation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Stage and prepare golf carts each morning for daily play. Clean, detail, and organize the golf cart fleet throughout the day. Assist with daily setup and presentation of the driving range and practice facilities. Ensure all range balls are stocked, cleaned, and properly displayed. Clean and organize members' and guests' golf clubs following play. Assist members and guests with loading and unloading golf bags upon arrival and departure. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag room, cart barn, and surrounding outside operations areas. Complete end-of-day range cleanup and closing procedures. Monitor practice facility supplies and communicate operational needs to the professional staff. Assist with tournament setup, member events, and club activities as needed. Provide a welcoming and professional experience for all members and guests. Work closely with the Golf Professional Staff and outside operations team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Skills Strong customer service and hospitality skills required. Positive attitude with a willingness to work in a team-oriented environment. Previous golf course or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor required at all times. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Valid driver's license required for operation of golf carts and club vehicles.
