This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations at the front desk and delivering exceptional guest services. You will be the friendly face and voice of our resort, managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and supporting the overall guest experience with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay Manage front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and reservation processing using multi-line phone systems Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and clear communication, ensuring all needs are met promptly Assist guests with room assignments, billing questions, and special requests to enhance their experience Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems efficiently Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong focus on customer service Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Previous hotel experience, particularly at the front desk or in guest services roles within resorts or hotels Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed This role offers an engaging environment where your energy makes a difference!
