- Greeting with Aloha and in a timely manner
- Dress in our company uniform shirt and khaki bottoms
- Answering phones and messages
- Booking reservations
- Organizing/Confirming all reservation
- Responsible for keeping the office clean and professional Skills required:
- Happy, Positive, Enthusiastic and Must be Reliable
- Takes initiative
- Comfortable with Apple Mac or Windows programs
- Organized
- Excellent Phone Etiquette
- Clean Driving Record
- Able to Pass Drug Test
- Able to pass a background clearance to hold a TSA airport badge
- Interest in Helicopters, and Customer Service. Hospitality Experience is necessary.
