Bellperson/Shuttle Driver Job Description Shuttle Driver/ Valet:

Essential Duties/Responsibilities To be the most outgoing and welcoming associate as guests arrive and depart the hotel/Shuttle Driver Maintain an impeccable grooming appearance and work uniform Assists guests with luggage and drive guests. Stay posted at the front entrance to greet guests Must be able to stand for long periods of time Going above and beyond providing a minimum Four-diamond level service to each and every guest Other Duties/Responsibilities Supporting all of the guest services team and assisting guests with any questions they may have Respond to all guests for assistance, directions, and facilities information Report all safety hazards and suspicious person Know all safety and emergency procedures and your role in assisting during these times Adhere to strict department and attendance policies Attend all required meetings

Job Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Knowledge/Experience:

previous customer service experience in a high-volume setting is preferred but not necessary. Previous valet experience and a valid driver's license is required. Clean driving record is preferred.

Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written required Excellent organization and time management skills Good interpersonal skills required Excellent listening skills required
