Requested Tasks

• Escort guests to room, delivery luggage, messages, packages and any other hotel items for the convenience of the guests
• Engage guests in a friendly and professional yet warm manner
• Ensure guest is familiar with the room features upon arrival (i.e. thermostat)
• Maintain presence in the lobby, when not delivering luggage to guest room, offering assistance to guests Requested Capabilities
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds (luggage, packages, etc.)
• Approachable and professional personality
• Ability to read guests' and expect their needs
• Ability to read guests and anticipate their needs
