Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations. Retrieve, transport, and properly store guest luggage according to hotel guidelines. Inspect guest rooms and familiarize guests with room features and amenities. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and courteously. Keep management and leadership informed of any relevant guest feedback or operational issues. Ensure timely delivery of messages, faxes, and other communications throughout the day. Assist with room moves, special luggage deliveries, and main lobby/front door coverage as needed. Safely operate property-designated vehicles for guest transport, including to local airports when required. Maintain the appearance, functionality, and upkeep of bell equipment and storage areas. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order What are we looking for?
