Job Description

We're searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You'll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. Compensation:
$16.22 - $16.64 hourly
Responsibilities:
Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel Respond to guest requests and perform other duties as assigned such as taking dry cleaning, delivering room service, and checking luggage for storage Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests Assist with guest luggage and carry items to their room on bell carts in a safe and professional manner
Qualifications:
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds 1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification such as a GED Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills About Company Discover Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, located on Baltimore's famed Inner Harbor. The hotel offers 31,000 square feet of event space, 21 breakout spaces, 622 guest rooms, an onsite business center, fitness center, restaurant, coffee shop, and lounge.
