Job Description

Transportation:
Safely operate the hotel shuttle van for airport pickups, drop-offs, and local area transportation.
Luggage Handling:
Assist guests with luggage, packages, and equipment, including transporting items to/from rooms.
Guest Service:
Greet guests upon arrival, open doors, provide valet services, and offer information regarding hotel facilities.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Perform daily safety checks, maintain clean vehicles, and ensure fuel levels are adequate.
Deliveries:
Deliver messages, valet items, and luggage to guest rooms promptly.
Lobby Support:
Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, baggage room, and carts
License:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds, and stand for extended periods.
Experience:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is often preferred.
Schedule Flexibility:
