Job Description
Bellman - Full-Time We are looking for a friendly and dependable Full-Time Bellman to join our hospitality team. The Bellman will greet guests, assist with luggage, provide directions, and help create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out Escort guests to rooms when needed Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions Assist guests with transportation requests Keep the lobby, entrance, and bell area clean and organized Communicate with front desk staff to support guest needs Respond to guest requests in a timely and respectful manner Follow hotel safety and customer service standards Requirements Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude Strong communication skills Ability to lift and carry luggage Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods Must be punctual and team-oriented Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Schedule Full-time position Must have flexible availability Weekends and holidays may be required
