Detroit, MI Job Details 9 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Customer inquiry handling Full Job Description Essential Job Functions Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage, packages, and personal belongings Escort guests to guest rooms and explain hotel amenities and services Provide directions and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation Assist with valet, taxi, and transportation requests as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, bell stand, and luggage storage areas Deliver guest requests and amenities to rooms in a timely manner Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and concerns Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences Follow all hotel safety, security, and guest privacy procedures Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Knowledge of the local area preferred Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent lifting and carrying of luggage Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
