Customer Service Handles luggage for guests upon arrival or departure. Transports luggage between lobby and guest rooms. Receive and mark baggage bypleting and attaching claim checks. Performance Maintain presentable entrances. Maintain constantmunication with transportation, front desk, and messaging/PBX team members. Comply with all health and safety standards. Attend meetings as scheduled. Assist Assist physically challenged guests with special needs. The Bellperson assists guests in transporting luggage to and from guest rooms, coordinates guests' needs, requests and inquiries. Greet guests and escort them to their rooms when needed. Assist the Front Desk in delivering quick and efficient service to hotel guests. Assist guests with general questions about the rooms or other points of interest.
