This is not your typical job. At MyFlight Tours, we are creating an experience, not just a flight, and our Ground Crew team is at the center of it all. About the Role As a Ground Crew Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless, high-end experience from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. You will play a critical role in both safety and hospitality, ensuring every flight operates efficiently while every guest feels taken care of. This position is fast-paced, customer-facing, and detail-oriented. You will work closely with pilots, team members, and leadership to maintain the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a polished, professional, and upbeat presence Lead safety briefings and ensure all passengers understand procedures Escort guests to and from aircraft while maintaining strict safety protocols Assist with loading and unloading passengers safely and efficiently Coordinate with pilots to keep flights running on schedule Verify reservations and check-in details with accuracy Support daily operations including staging, organization, and cleanliness of the facility Help create a high-energy, memorable environment for every guest What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stay calm, confident, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and think on your feet Passion for creating memorable experiences Requirements Ability to stand and be active for the duration of a shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must pass a drug test and background check Reliable transportation Valid U.S. driver's license Why MyFlight Tours We are not just offering helicopter rides.
