Witches and Wizards Arcade Position Overview:
The Arcade Attendant is the first point of contact for guests at the Witches and Wizards Arcade and The Tokyo Club, providing a warm welcome and introducing them to our magical gaming experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring guests have an enjoyable and memorable time.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and charge admission to the arcade. Inform guests of the arcade's policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Sell drinks and manage transactions, including the handling of closed alcohol ( must be at least 18 years old ). Set up and break down the arcade setup efficiently before and after operational hours. Work at events hosted by the arcade, ensuring they run smoothly and guests' needs are met.
Skills, Education, and Work Experience Requirements:
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old to sell closed alcohol.
Education:
Current College student is preferred.
Skills:
Must be personable with excellent customer service skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective communication are necessary for this role.
