Job Summary:
The Best Western Plus GranTree Inn is looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to join our overnight team. This is a unique position that combines guest service, airport transportation, overnight security, and facility cleaning. No two nights are the same! If you enjoy working independently, take pride in keeping things clean and organized, and love helping people, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional service to hotel guests during the overnight shift. Safely transport guests to and from the airport using the hotel shuttle. Assist guests with luggage, room deliveries, and other special requests. Perform routine security walks throughout the hotel and property. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. Clean and maintain public areas, including the hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, casino, meeting spaces, and restrooms. Complete nightly cleaning tasks and assist with light housekeeping duties as needed. Set up meeting rooms or assist with other operational needs when necessary. Respond promptly to guest concerns and communicate maintenance or safety issues to management. Work closely with the overnight front desk to ensure exceptional guest service. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must be at least 18 years old (insurance requirement for shuttle drivers). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Previous hotel, hospitality, janitorial, or security experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
