The Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and dependable Bellman/Security Associate to join our team. Conveniently located in the heart of the Carolinas, the newly renovated 222-room, eight-story Sheraton Charlotte Airport Hotel is just two miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and offers easy access to Interstates 85, 77, and 485. Position Summary The Bellman/Security Associate plays an important role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the safety and security of the hotel during designated shifts. This position combines guest service responsibilities with overnight security coverage. Essential Responsibilities Provide transportation for guests to and from the airport and designated local destinations. Assist guests with luggage handling and delivery. Deliver exceptional customer service and provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions. Offer directions and recommendations throughout the Charlotte area. Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight shifts. Conduct routine property inspections and respond appropriately to guest concerns and security matters. Schedule and Compensation Security Shift Sundays and Mondays (3rd Shift)

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour Bellman Shift Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays (2nd Shift)

$12.00 per hour plus tips Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: One to two years of experience as a hotel bellman, shuttle/van driver, or in a related hospitality role within a high-volume environment. Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service. A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of the Charlotte metropolitan area. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background check.
