Job Description

Arcade Attendant:
Provide friendly, courteous, and efficient customer service Assist guests in redeeming points for prizes using the POS system Answer guest questions and provide information about arcade games Make change and handle cash transactions accurately Help guests with any issues or problems they may encounter Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming arcade environment Ensure all games are operational and report any needed repairs Restock game supplies and materials as needed Operate and manage the redemption desk Assist with promotional activities and special events
