Job Description

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide efficient, friendly and courteous customer service while greeting Resident's and their guests. Answer questions and providing directions/ assistance in a professional manner when requested. Assist Resident with bags, luggage and other items when necessary, opening doors for Resident's and guests. Make customer service, care and satisfaction the priority in every interaction. Maintain excellent Resident relations using Resident/ guest's names when possible. Assist in other areas of the lobby/ reception area as requested. Maintain friendly interactions with Resident, Management and co-workers at all time. Alerting management of any Resident or safety concerns as necessary. Assist Residents with vehicle parking.
QUALIFICATIONS
: Prior experience as a Door Attendant, Concierge, Greeter in a residential property, hotel or similar high-end establishment where guest relations and first impressions are emphasized. An extremely professional yet friendly, outgoing demeanor when interacting with Residents, Guests, Management and co-workers. Proven ability to provide exceptional service while paying close attention to detail. Well-mannered and impeccably groomed at all times. Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to listen attentively to residents' requests and preferences, ensuring exceptional customer service. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English, which is the predominant language of a majority of our residents. Must be emotionally, mentally and physically able, with or without reasonable accommodations, to provide required services to residents, including verbally communicating with residents. Ability to endure exposure to outside weather conditions, such as heat, cold, wind, etc. while waiting for or Residents and guests. Able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 50-75lbs. Must submit to a Motor Vehicle background check and have a clean driving record for locations that require Resident Valet Services. Education Preferred High School or better
