Job Description

QC Terme is the leading Italian wellness provider, with 6 spas and 5 spa resorts worldwide. Nine of the spas are located in Italy, and the company opened the first spa outside of Italy in 2018 in Chamonix, France. Other international openings are under way, with the first US Spa, opening on Governors Island in 2022. QC Terme spas are experiential destination day spas that are typically fit-out in historical buildings but can be built from the ground up, in unique locations with beautiful views. The spas feature various forms of hydro therapeutic, thermal, and sense-stimulating pools that encompass about 30-35 experiences per spa. QC NY are seeking passionate, sincere, Guest Experience Ambassadors, who are able to deliver fantastic customer experiences for our guests. Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Ambassador is responsible for engaging with guests and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the spa, while maintaining the facility functionality and overall atmosphere. This role combines a passion for hospitality with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service, and that the spa environment is kept in line with Company standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Guide guests and traffic through spa experience. Engage with guests, provide information, and answer guest questions. Manage flow, efficiently helping guests with needs and directing as needed. Check tidiness of spa areas with attention to detail as well as adherence with QC NY standards. Notify manager on duty of any guest complaint. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work to understand, meet, and exceed guest expectations/service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Open availability, including weekends, holidays, and nights. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards. Must be willing to work as necessary in changing climate conditions. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Physical Demands:
While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, hear, and reach. The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time. The employee is required to use dominant hand coordination for simple grasping, pushing/pulling, and fine manipulation. The employee is also required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, bend, squat, kneel, and reach above shoulder level. The employee may be exposed to extreme temperatures, dust, dampness, and moving machinery.
