We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and skilled person to become apart of our Front Office Team. Our four season resort will offer 110 hotel rooms, 1 restaurants, 1 Bakery with 20 acres of land alongside the Batavia Kill River, our family-friendly, all-season resort is filled with endless opportunities. This newly reimagined property offers banquet, wedding and event facilities. We are looking for someone who is both willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard and has a desire to produce a first-class experience for our guests. Looking for applicants who are positive, upbeat, team-oriented, and a people person. Wylder is an ever growing hotel brand with locations in New York and Tilghman Maryland. The general outline of a Bellman's responsibilities is as follows: Guest Services & Assistance Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure Assist guests with luggage, including loading/unloading from vehicles and delivering to rooms Escort guests to their rooms, providing an overview of room features and resort amenities Provide directions, recommendations, and information about resort activities and local attractions Lobby & Entryway Maintenance Keep the lobby, entrance, and bell desk area clean and organized Assist in maintaining an inviting and professional entrance experience for guests Coordination with Other Departments Communicate guest arrivals and special requests with the front desk and housekeeping teams Assist with deliveries, special room setups, or VIP requests/amenities Guest Transportation & Errands Assist with guest transportation needs, such as arranging shuttle services Run errands for guests, such as retrieving stored luggage or delivering items to rooms Handle lost and found items appropriately, ensuring they are documented and returned to guests Other Duties as Assigned Step in to support front desk operations when needed Assist with minor maintenance or housekeeping tasks as necessary Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests Young at heart, active, ambitious individuals encouraged to apply! Must work weekends, nights, holidays and be flexible with schedule. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work a physical Labor Job.
