THE JOB:
Join the team as a Self-Parking Ambassador, where you'll create a welcoming first impression for guests through friendly, fast, and attentive service. In this role, you'll help keep parking operations running smoothly while assisting guests with directions, property information, and overall arrival experience. Working in a fast-paced resort environment, you'll anticipate guest needs, provide exceptional service, and help set the tone for a seamless and memorable stay from the moment guests arrive creating WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!
THE STARTING PAY RATE
$14.65 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Warmly greet arriving guests while providing friendly, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services Assist with directing vehicle flow and traffic while following all safety protocols and using good judgment in a fast-paced environment Serve as a property ambassador by providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, activities, and events Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority or escalate to the supervisor on duty when needed Report all alleged thefts or missing items to a supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Six (6) months of prior relevant Guest Service experience Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Ability to perform job duties outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, rain, wind, and dust storms
