Overview:
Live. Work. Explore. as a part of our Lodging team in Yellowstone National Park! Are you enthusiastic about hospitality, people, and beautiful places? By working at Yellowstone National Park, you will get all three! As a Bell Person, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the park running smoothly.
Job Summary:
Bell Attendants are responsible for welcoming guests into our hotel lobbies, providing outstanding guest service experiences, lifting luggage to and from rooms and being subject matter experts on Yellowstone National Park.

Schedule:
Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (will include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Pay:
Regular Hourly Wage $10.35/hr Training Wage $15.70/hr (This wage is used for special projects including groundskeeping, window washing, chopping firewood (Old Faithfull Inn only) and any other sort of special projects that are needed to be completed) Anticipated hourly wage + tips: $15.62/hr-$19.91/hr Why Yellowstone National Park? Responsibilities:
Provides several services to guests such as luggage transportation to and from rooms, providing information about the location, and shuttle service when necessary. Greet guests and tour directors in a friendly manner, and provide luggage service and accurate information to guests. Resolve guest problems skillfully with willingness and desire to understand a guest's viewpoint and take any necessary steps so that the guest is satisfied when they leave Other duties as assigned by manager on-site.
Qualifications:
Human relations skills. Must be a "people-person" who thrives on public contact. Ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset. Ability to work quickly and thoroughly when under pressure. Must be 19 years of age or older to drive company vehicles. Must have a valid US driver's license and good driving record. Will be required to pass a DOT physical and road test.
Physical Requirements include:
Lifting/carrying up to 30 lbs Frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing of guest luggage up to 100 lbs, and/or up to 500 lbs on wheeled carts, for up to 6 hours per shift. Extensive stretching, bending, kneeling, walking, climbing up and down stairs. Could total up to 8 hours per shift. Standing for up to 8 hours per shift. Working in various weather conditions.
