Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverages are properly displayed and stocked
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Assist guests with any special requests or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Clear tables and clean up after guests have finished their meals
- Restock supplies as needed and notify management of any inventory shortages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth flow of food service
- Prepare and maintain fully stocked breakfast; eggs ,sausage, waffle batter.
Skills:
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts and weekends as required
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
