Breakfast Attendant

Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Serve breakfast dishes and beverages with friendly, professional customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, buffet stations, and food preparation zones in accordance with food safety standards Replenish food supplies and assist with food handling during busy service times Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and garnishing to ensure timely service Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests, accommodating guests' needs with care and precision Support catering events or banquet setups as needed, ensuring smooth execution of large-scale breakfast functions Skills Proven experience in fine dining or food industry settings, with a focus on breakfast or buffet service Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Experience serving guests in a fast-paced environment, including handling multiple tables or stations simultaneously Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable Familiarity with food handling procedures and dietary accommodations Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation within hospitality or restaurant environments Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times Join us to deliver exceptional breakfast experiences that delight our guests from the moment they arrive!
