Overview Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Breakfast Attendant, where your energy and attention to detail will create an exceptional start to each guest's day! In this lively role, you will be the first point of contact for guests enjoying our breakfast service, ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, adhering to food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling standards Set up buffet stations and dining areas, ensuring all presentation aligns with quality expectations and hygiene protocols Greet guests warmly, provide attentive customer service, and respond promptly to their needs or dietary requests Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including sanitizing surfaces, utensils, and equipment regularly Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning to support culinary staff when needed Operate POS systems efficiently for guest orders and transactions while managing weight handling in the workplace safely Follow all food safety management practices, including proper manual handling techniques and compliance with health regulations Experience Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling practices is essential Experience with food preparation, catering, or banquet service will be advantageous Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service can enhance guest interactions Strong customer service skills combined with hospitality background are preferred Familiarity with POS systems and serving in a food industry setting supports smooth operations Experience in dietary aide roles or food safety management demonstrates attention to health standards Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels guest satisfaction!
