What You Bring to the Table (Requirements) A background in food and beverage service is a plus—but not required. We'll teach you if you're ready to learn! Strong organizational and time management skills—you know how to keep things running smoothly A natural at delivering friendly, top-tier guest service High energy, great attitude, and motivation to make each morning better than the last Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—you know how to connect with people and make them feel welcome Quick thinking and solid problem-solving skills when things get busy Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with lots of moving parts Able to shift gears and juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat

Other Skills You'll Need Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time (you'll be moving and grooving!) Able to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling—this role keeps you active
